Humanistic Integrative Counselling
Therapy for
healing
I offer a warm, friendly, non-judgemental space to talk about any issues that maybe painful or upsetting. Telling your story in a confidential safe space can give you the opportunity to explore any thoughts or concerns that may be difficult or afflicting. Being listened to starts the healing process, supporting one's wellbeing and can help bring about effective change through understanding, self awareness and acceptance. Your journey to healing starts with being heard.
